This week’s conversation with Nargis Hilal, Chief Compliance Officer & Counsel of Lazard Asset Management LLC, shows us the importance of transformational thinking. Embracing transformation is about being open to change and seeing it as an opportunity for growth and greater opportunities.

Transformation is the key to so many new ways of being organized, structural and functional in our personal and professional lives. She shows us how transformational thinking should be an integral part of who we are. That we should learn to live and breathe transformation so we can bring about change.
