    • Careers

What has your curiosity done for you lately?
Has it led you to a completely new career?
Has it helped you unlock new and surprising ways in which you’re creative but didn’t know?
That’s what curiosity did for my guest Victoria P. Mitchell and her journey from a member of the Burning Man Project leadership team to COO of Good Party is inspiring and full of wisdom nuggets.
In this episode you’ll learn:
How your definition of creativity may be stopping you from discovering your unique creativity style
How it’s possible to become creative in new ways
How curiosity can be your door opener to completely new work
You’ll never see your curiosity as something to take lightly after you see how powerful it can be when you intentionally use it to learn and grow.
About my guest:
Victoria P. Mitchell is a Chief Operating Officer, content creator, and speaker who’s on a mission to reveal the paradoxes behind our ability to make a deep, lasting impact. If you’re reaching for a bigger vision and want real talk from the trenches, Victoria offers practical insights from her struggles as an “impact-aholic” who didn’t think she was creative enough or capable of being a storyteller.
Victoria started out hustling in restaurants and then scaled a food-tech startup’s operations from the ground up to serving 3 million meals in 2.5 years. She served on the leadership team for Burning Man Project where her cultural change work was featured in Governing Magazine, Forbes, and The New York Times. After moving 20 times across nearly every region of the country, now she’s tackling the deeper problems holding our democracy back by building technology and a movement as COO of Good Party.
