    Personal Transformation requires working through the cognitive dissonance when our core beliefs are being challenged. We often believe we are “sacrificing” happiness when trying to change how we eat and live. The reality however when we have unhelpful and irrational thoughts, beliefs and habits, is that we sacrifice our health and happiness for momentary futile attempts to escape reality. In this podcast I introduce the SMART tools I have used and continue to use to change my behaviors and create outcomes I desire most.

    Consistency is key.

    Consistency is key.

    It takes practice to get in the needed reps to adapt. Our thoughts, emotions, and most importantly actions all feel real due to the number of times we have used them to navigate reality. Course correction, updating our plan, preparation and actions is inevitable. The successful, however you want to define it, “fail” as much or even more than those of us who are stagnant. They have however learned to detach from the outcomes personally and update their approach to create greater Ganges far faster.
