    THE SOLUTION!? Having a CLEAR VISION and FOCUSING ON THAT!  

    We admire athletes based on their discipline, but we don’t see their mindset and their vision that ALLOWS THEM to take INSPIRED ACTION  We can only HAVE FUN taking INSPIRED ACTION and BE DISCIPLINED in a way that is SUSTAINABLE for us if we have a CLEAR VISION!

    You need support with decreasing stress and relieving that pressure you put on yourself with low intensity training, balanced meals, and mindset practices.
