But on this episode we are back and ready to go! In this episode I sit down with the lovely Sarah Krieger. She is someone who was previously overweight and decided to not only do something about it but complete change, and revolve her life around it. She has been through more up's and down's then she can count, but through it all she has stayed focused, stayed confident, and most importantly stayed persistent in effort to create a better life for her and her family. She has taken what she has learned through the process and continues to help others who struggle through her unique approach to personal training.
