What is pride?
According to the dictionary; pride is a feeling of pleasure and satisfaction that we get because we or others have done something great and good and we are succeeding but the dictionary also describes pride as a high or inordinate opinion of one's dignity, merit, or superiority. In other words, “When you overestimate yourself”
But do you know there are two sides to pride? There is pride that is pride because things are happening well, working together and everyone is rejoicing because of the success being achieved - This can be called Healthy or good pride.
Then there's a pride that is inordinate - that is this to excessively think about yourself. And sometimes we celebrate this kind of pride because we don't realize there's a thin line between good pride and bad pride.
