    Poets With Colour Issues

    Poets With Colour Issues

Who loves cheap notebooks? Apparently not some guy named Matthew on Amazon. We've got some positive and some negative reviews but none of those ever so rare neutral reviews could be found! Who knew notebooks were so divisive? We also visit our old friend Alan G from Salt Spring's Morningside Cafe!

When we intend to purchase a product, eat at a restaurant, or enjoy an experience, we go online (or if you’re old read a newspaper) and look at reviews. These reviews tell us whether or not that product meets its value, the food is delicious, or an experience worth it.
    BUT!
How do you know to trust a specific review? That reviewer could be in the pocket of Big Bottled Water, or they may just not be qualified to talk about the pros and cons of renting an escape room for your family reunion.
That’s where we come in. We take a look at reviews and let you know whether or not the author can be relied upon. We review the reviews of the reviewers.

Outro Music: Private Eye by Kevin MacLeod

    Episode 4 - Shill Alert?

This episode Kevin, Craig, and Dylan encounter what may be their first corporate shill! How do we tell a shill though? We need to rely on Craig's skills but will his own personal biases turn him into what disgusts him the most?

This episode we take a look at reviews for the Victoria Bug Zoo and the Amazon Echo Dot. Thanks for listening!

Wrong Product or Wrong Review? / Craig's Whoopsie

Wrong Product or Wrong Review? / Craig's Whoopsie

This episode we encounter one of our best reviews yet! And we combat some technical difficulties, if it wounds like Kevin and I are not speaking to each other and are instead speaking to a mystery 3rd person... We weren't, this is how it was supposed to be.
