In Ireland we pronounce the name “Moran”
“More-an” not “Mor-Anne”, the English football commentators always made the same mistake when Kevin Moran played for Man UTD. I also was in the Irish reserve army in the 80s and trust me that made me an expert on the lee Enfield rifle , not tanks.
