Piggybacking on the previous episode on Boxes & Labels, this is all about our personal comfort zones and why it is harmful to not allow ourselves to step out of these- in order to heal, grow and experience. Trauma, depression, career social and political views, perceptions, exposure to new things, and self-development are discussed, including my personal background of experiences and transformations due to stepping out of my box and a revelation in regard to Depression.
