In his op-ed, Ramaswamy asserts that it sets a dangerous precedent for Silicon Valley CEOs like Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey to wield greater judgment in communicating with the American people than the President of the United States. To curb their intrusion on free speech, he argues, Big Tech companies should be treated as state actors when they engage in selective regulation of political speech.
