My Stammer wont stop me talking about the real issues in life, the price of freddos. Topic Tennis is a laid-back, relaxed panel show based around discussion. Join me, your host Jack Dempsey and, my Resident Panelist Callum Schofield as we explore and discuss the most fascinating aspects of the world around us ranging from Area 51 and aliens to whether or not pineapple belongs on pizza. Overcoming and Battling Depression (joined by Dr Skip Mondragon)

Dr Skip Mondragon is an Army Veteran, physician and author who became a casualty of depression back in 2014. He later wrote the book "wrestling depression is not for wimps" in which he shared his story to show, particularly to men, that expressing your emotions and accepting that we need help does not make you weak or any less of a man but that being able to accept your emotions and appear vulnerable is perhaps one of bravest things a person can do. ๐Ÿ‘Œ Join us as Skip tells his inspiring tale of how he battled depression and as we discuss how, as a society, we can make ourselves more better equipped to deal with depression .
