CHANGO was running a 5 million dollar a year crack empire during the heyday of the epidemic in the 1990s. Having done his time with some of the most notorious Gangsters, he's got plenty of stories to share. From the dark underbelly of NYS penitentiaries to its most dangerous convicts to the stories of those, he's helped exonerate.
