Level Up with Eric LeGrand: Let's Get Uncomfortable!

Level Up with Eric LeGrand: Let's Get Uncomfortable!

Eric LeGrand is a sports broadcaster, motivational speaker, author, and one of the strongest people I know. As a standout high school football star, Eric suffered a severe spinal injury while playing and was paralyzed from the neck down. That didn’t stop him though! After his injury, Eric was offered the final spot on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers roster and signed his official NFL contract. He also received ESPN's prestigious Jimmy V Award for Perseverance as he launched his career in motivational speaking, analyzing football games, and authoring BELIEVE: The Tackle That Changed My Life. Eric continues to inspire while encouraging us to get out of our comfort zones and ask the tough questions. In this episode, we do just that as we discuss uncomfortable topics, the importance of habits and routine, constant learning, my struggle with self-discipline, trusting others, and holding ourselves accountable.

You can learn more about Eric at https://www.instagram.com/ericlegrand52/ and http://www.teamlegrand.org/ and buy his book at https://www.amazon.com/shop/jackiejames.
