My life was in shambles. Suddenly, by understanding Jiddu Krishnamurti, my life changed radically.
This is not magic, not divine intervention, not years of studying.
It's the joy you felt as a child playing, in the care-free present. Not imprisoned by a mind concerned with the past & future.
Relating REAL LIFE, I share my bumpy road back to the PRESENT moment for you to relate & find inner PEACE in your own life. DIY JOY.

MS-related Time-Out
impairment Speaking about my current physical impairment related to my current multiple sclerosis (MS) flare-up.
Freeing your mind gives you the ability to face basically anything, and accept *whatever* for what it is. This helped me immensely when faced with my MS diagnosis, as well as the many stumbles along the way. The free mind-state remains undisturbed, and it really doesn't matter what actually happens. While I was aware of this amazing ability before, I sort of needed the MS diagnosis and actually dealing with physical impairment to make absolutely sure it is a foundational change in my life in my life. Trial by fire, per se.
Undoubtedly, my joy for life is stull unlimited, reaching beyond the perceived physical limitations.
Only sharing, for you to do the same. MS or not, this is about the truth to your life. It is up to you to end your fears; face them. Right now.

Practical Insight into Life via Krishnamurti
Speaking about insight into my very own life. Unfortunately, my memory is slightly hazy. I didn't really know how life-changing this moment actually was and how much it would change my life. I certainly never would have thought I'd be sharing this real life pitfall with anyone, definitely not with as many humans as possible ๐คฃ. I am always very certain about what I understood; however, the chronological timeline is sort of messy. My memory works in pictures: I can see myself back in the situations and feel & describe as best I can, but time completely alludes me (sorry).
Attempting to give a more personal account into having insight into my very own life via Jiddu Krishnamurti. Sharing for you to relate, and join me on the other side asap!

Do you still listen to Krishnamurti?
Answering the question of whether I still listen to Krishnamurti, as well as why I disappeared. ย
As soon as you understand the simple truth he speaks of, there is not much point in listening to his words anymore. You have ended the conflict and live free. It changes everything, and one of the most clearly noticeable changes was my disinterest in any form of entertainment like watching TV, films, and also listening to Krishnamurti. Life isn't lived in 2D anymore, it feels too restrictive.ย
As I started the podcast and videos, I never intended to quote Krishnamurti, but I looked at what I see (hoping it may help you see the same). Saved me a lot of research ๐. Figured it would be more authentic than using Krishnamurti's words; afterall, imitation isn't original.

Respect the Medium
Sorry for my disappearance and attempts to upload the audio of the YouTube videos. It felt wrong from the beginning, and I have recognizedthe importance to give you a more detailed picture of what I am trying to say. Another version of the same. I need to respect the podcast for what it is. My opportunity to connect with you, for you to understand the truth to your very own life. Not Krishnamurti, not me; but your very own life.

Insight into Your Own Life (YouTube Audio)
What exactly is this insight Jiddu Krishnamurti is speaking about?
This is simple and humble. Anybody trying to achieve enlightenment will probably hit a brick wall at this point.
Any idea of enlightenment will blind you from seeing life as it actually is (and that is the whole point).
I had no idea this had anything to do with enlightenment, I was just trying to understand my own life. By listening to Jiddu Krishnamurti and looking at my own life, I had insight into how my life actually is, which is nowhere close to what I thought it was. You need to see it with your own eyes to be willing to accept it. ย
This is not magic, not divine, and definitely not from the outside in. Nobody can give it to you. Especially for money ๐.
You have to face your own fears, ideas, beliefs, attachments, etc. After facing your own life, with humility, you can see the truth to your own life. ย We are nothing. But then, nothing means everything. Welcome to heaven. ย

Krishnamurti's "Die to yourself" in Practice (YouTube Audio)
Basically, all of Jiddu Krishnamurti's talks are complete talks. One talk is enough for you to understand, if you face your own life with humility. No need for research, learning, "spiritual growth" โ all one needs is understanding of the truth to life, insight into the truth to your very own life. ย
Yes, I am talking about you and your own life.
Your EGO is NOT REAL.
Once you face that, in your own life, you can enjoy your life free from the weight of your limiting mind. You can't see the limitation, but the conflict is evident. The symptom is depression, loneliness, anxiety, etc., ; which is all rooted in the ego. Seeing this conflict allows you to have insight into your very own life.ย

Jane
