The never-ending spiral of revisiting our demons.

No intro, again. I talk about self-loathing, exes, trauma, and video games. 

This is the one with no intro. 



Imagination Exercise: 

Take 5 minutes of your day to imagine via writing, visualizing, or just thinking about a "day in the life" of YOU, in an ideal world. 

What does that day look like? When does your day start? How many hours of sleep did you get the night before. What do your surroundings look like? Do you travel by hovercraft, or do you teleport? How many hours a day, or week, or month, do you work? Do you have a landlord? Do you have a partner, or do you have multiple partners? Do you live alone, or in a communal space? What does the news look like (hint: consider news that includes talking about the energy of the collective). What about kids?
