    On our fifth episode of Work & Progress, we are joined by Julie Copoulos executive director of the Chicopee Chamber of Commerce. Julie walks us through the path that led her to Chicopee, describes what a day in the life of the Chamber is like, and what being in the Chamber and in the city of Chicopee has shown her. We talk about how chambers are evolving and how the Chicopee Chamber has stepped into so many roles this year. We discuss the making of Center Park, a place we are now dubbing Center Place, and how that project brought so many wonderful stakeholders together. We also touch upon Center Fresh and what it's been like to put on a farmers' market along with some fun facts about some of the vendors. Lastly, we discuss the TDI program and how it offers cities an opportunity for self-reflection. Julie emphasizes her deep love for Chicopee and how this quirky little place has a way of capturing your heart.

Get to know the man behind the bar, how he redid the entire space, his eye for beautiful things, his love for Chicopee, and more. Exchange Street Station Lounge is a beautiful underground bar in the center of Chicopee. Before COVID-19, Ty used his space for art galleries, private parties, community gatherings, and other events. Our hope is that once we hit phase 4, Ty will once again be able to open and provide a fun space for the community.
