    We all discover ourselves at different ages and different stages. Some discover themselves when they turn 18 and move out. Or when you go to college, have a quarter life crisis (like myself lol), mid life crisis, or sadly on their death bed. 

    Are you being your full authentic self? Do you know what you actually like and don't like? Sometimes we just need to step away from distractions and just be alone. It is scary, but sometimes that is where you find your answers. 

    Yes, and even if you are in a relationship, a parent, volunteer or a person who dedicates their life to work you can be your own person still. I hope everyone discovers themselves outside of their label that they place on themselves.

    I feel like in today's society the new norm is to constantly consume. We have so much input going that we leave barely any room for our thoughts to come out. 

    It is no wonder that it is hard for most people to sit in silence, feel our emotions or assess our thoughts.

    2. We "don't have time to"

    Do you ever just think why is this happening? 

    I know in the moment if feels heavy, hard or annoying, but maybe the timing isn't right. I know cliche. That there is a reason to why something happened or didn't happen. That it is hard to trust the moment, but something bigger and better is coming for you. 

    Oddly, related but over the weekend my husband and I seen an accident. Just mins before the accident we were complaining in a parking lot about how our fast food was taking so long. Not knowing that things could have changed drastically if we would have got our food on time or sooner. 

    Just know it may not seem like if but God, the universe or whoever you believe is watching over you and trying to protect you.

    Ok guys this is literally one of my favorite topics to talk about! 

    Have you heard about how energy flow works through the use of movement? 

    Something about the other day when I was driving to work listening to Cathy Heler's Podcast Don't Keep Your Day Job really stuck out to me. She talks about how if your stagnant then imagine a pond. A pond is murky, growing algae, dirty, makes you feel unsure of what is in it vs a stream. That with a stream it has constant flow and is usually pretty clear,  you can see what is in it even on the slow movement days and there is direction. 

    Something about this analogy just makes sense when you it apply it to your daily situations.
