Hi, I’m Andy. Your Agile Coach! This is my podcast, Agile Rocket.

I will talk to you, in a casual tone, about what Agile is and how to apply Agile thinking to your daily life and work. The podcast aims to advocate various agile best practices in a more comprehensible manner. Everyone could get something from each episode, no matter which domain you’d like to apply to.

Besides that, for those who’d like to change working culture of environments, I would introduce many contemporary software engineering practices. Maybe you could get inspired from within them, knowing how to extend unknown concepts to your professional fields. I really expect to see there are more practices derived from Agile methodologies.

If you acknowledge the spirit of Agile, subscribe to my podcast, thumbs up, and grow with me.

The Rise of AI Agile Coaching: Will AI Replace Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches? What Should We Do? (ft. Joanna Plaskonka)

The Rise of AI Agile Coaching: Will AI Replace Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches? What Should We Do? (ft. Joanna Plaskonka)

The Rise of AI Agile Coaching
In the ever-evolving landscape of technology and business methodologies, the agile approach has emerged as a beacon of adaptability and efficiency for countless teams worldwide. But, as we stand on the turning point of the AI revolution, a question pops up: will the rise of AI spell the end for traditional Agile coaching roles? Are Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches at risk of being replaced by algorithms and automation?

Well, this is not just a question for tech workers; it's a concern that resonates across organizations of all sizes and sectors. From seasoned agile practitioners to those just dipping their toes into iterative development, the prospect of AI taking over the domain of human-led coaching raises profound implications.

As we get deep into this topic, we'll confront the real pain points that individuals and teams may encounter during the AI revolution. We'll explore the uncertainties: the fear of job displacement, the erosion of human connection in collaborative environments, and the potential loss of nuanced, empathetic guidance that Agile coaching embodies.

In the online episode, I am glad to invite [name] to have a talk together, exploring the impact of AI on agile coaching industry and how we should do to prevent ourselves from being replaced by AI. I think that would be the idea everyone might have thought in minds.

By acknowledging the inevitable march of AI into the realm of Agile coaching, we can begin to chart a course forward. We'll uncover strategies for embracing technology as an ally rather than a threat, leveraging its capabilities to enhance rather than replace human-led guidance.

Join us as we navigate the complex intersection of AI and Agile coaching, asking not just "Will AI replace Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches?" but more importantly, "What should we do about it?" Together, we'll go through a journey of discovery, innovation, and adaptation in the face of technological evolution.

A Manager's Dilemma Between The Team & The Stakeholders
Transitioning from a software engineer to a project management role is a journey filled with challenges and transformations. It's a shift from focusing solely on technical tasks to leading teams and bridging the gap between stakeholders with varying expectations.

Imagine a scenario where you're caught in the middle of a conflict, just like my former colleague, Hank, who grappled with the clash of priorities between the engineering team and stakeholders. They pulled in different directions, one pushing for future-proofing, while the other sought minimum viable solutions. Now, put yourself in Hank's shoes - what would you do?
If you've ever faced a dilemma like Hank's or aspire to become a proficient manager, this episode is tailor-made for you.
