Gerat advise, useful tips

India is moving from the philosophy of "Buy and Hold" to "flip" .. atleast the middle class folks who are not big time investors in real estate. This show has some useful tips, some of the problems, challenges are common in the US and India, that was a learning too. Joe's stories (experiences!) are insightful. Amar @Mykitaabcast.
