Legacy Building in a UNITY: Money, Power, Respect

Dr. Rich Kieth 'Wayne Richards' and Rich Keisha 'Keisha Richards' are New Orleans natives. They are high school sweethearts who met over 25 years ago. This coming September they will celebrate 20 years of marriage. Wayne and Keisha both come from humble beginnings and are committed to working together to help the community build wealth through Godly principles. They both have successful careers in the Aerospace Defense industry. In addition, Wayne (President/CEO) and Keisha (VP/COO) lead Rise Build Achieve RBA), a non-profit organization committed to youth empowerment. RBA’s motto is “Any progress towards your goal is progress."



Both Wayne and Keisha completed their undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University Maryland - Global Campus and Troy University together. Wayne earned a Doctorate of Business Administration from Walden University.
