This week's guest is Penny Power OBE  a pioneer in the world of online business networking with Ecademy which lost its foothold when Linkedin came along. With her business, home & mental health  swept from under her, she rose again to build a whole new way of being a leader in life and business, and her book and philosophy Business is Personal were born.

Lou and Penny discuss how  she overcame death by a 1000 cuts; from tragedy after tragedy, bad luck and toxic board members, to a hallucinogenic panic attack. After going deep into therapy she regained her sense of self and her place in the world. Now she helps others through her work with the Business is Personal group of 100 experts, living more simply and happily, with her husband Thomas Power, her children, family, close friends, electric bike, a motorhome and some healthy, life-affirming habits.
