Hello friends.
My name is Sandeep Patil. I am Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering.
However, I am a English communication and confidence coach.
I help individuals to built their communication skills, self-confidence and strong emotionally personality. The foundation of my training is changing the beliefs and irrational thinking of my students (using Psychology) which will help them to be an effective communicator and emotionally stronger individual.

In a time when so many children and young adults seem to be struggling, parents are looking for help in bringing up mentally healthy kids who are equipped to thrive.

Raising stronger kids Part-1. (My dad made me confident).
This is an incident that happened when I was around nine years old. This incident made me confident and self-dependent.
My dad was a wise and learned man. -
Sometimes too happy sometimes too sad
It happens that sometimes we are too happy and sometimes too sad.
You don't need to go through these kinds of peaks and valleys of emotions.
We need to thing straight. -
Break those chains
I am sure you have tied those imaginary chains around your legs.
Even I have.
But I am going to break free.

When I lost my Job I found gold.
I am sure you have experienced many failures and setbacks in life like me. Looking back we fill with remorse and hurt and lose our sleep over that.
But every incident has something positive that we can't see or don't see. If we can learn to find that gold (positive thing) out of the mud (negative event) we will come to see a whole lot of new things that went undetected earlier.
This podcast is my small attempt to make you develop this habit. -
Car interior and home interior.
A few days before I met my friend with his sparkling new car. It seemed he had spent a fortune on the interiors. But I knew him and his issues. He had many problems with his personal and professional life because of his attitude.
He invested in expensive interiors but not in self-development. When I say self-development it means the mind and the thought process.
