Upamanyu is a multi faceted visual artist from NID, Ahmedabad. An artist who manages to weave social and political commentaries into his story lines seamlessly. Deeply rooted in Indian culture, his modern day interpretations of transhistorical texts and climate change are delightful. As we know, creation of a 2D animation clip/movie is an exhaustive process, Upamanyu manages to create a different world within the conformity of two dimensions with ease. Anyone can be drawn towards his authenticity, nuanced dexterity and just how pragmatic he can be with the entire process of creation.
