In addition, she has been a facilitator, coach and lecturer for the Haas School of Business and the VP of Innovation for a start-up.  Trained in Creative Problem Solving and Design Thinking, Helene received an M.S. in Creativity and Change Leadership from the International Center for Studies in Creativity at Buffalo New York and has a business degree from Sciences-Po Paris, a top French Business School.
