Hello, you wonderful people welcome back to the sustainability 101 podcast.
I'm back with one amazing announcement. As you all know ESG is gaining prominence in the corporate agenda, with regulators pulling the strings to companies leveraging it for strategic reasons.
Naturally, the demand for ESG professionals has skyrocketed over the past few years. But unfortunately, our mainstream education is unable to keep pace with these developments.
Did you know a 468% increase in the demand for ESG professionals in the last 3 years?
Imagine the scope of not only growing a career in this booming, dynamic industry but also making a mark by contributing to #ClimateAction!
The most significant growth in this ESG sector was seen from April 2021 to April 2022, and without a doubt, the demand is just going to get higher!
But the truth is, our educational system still does not have the right guidance or understanding of the ground reality to prepare students and professionals to make the best of this massive opportunity.
I could not just sit and wait for the system to change, so my colleague Riya and I have created a course as dynamic as the ESG field itself! Taught by 8 leading experts, the 360° approach goes beyond the classroom to help participants get first-hand experiences, have one-on-one discussions with industry experts, and build an invaluable network that will help you long after the program ends.
