How to Finish an Ultra, No Matter How Hard It Gets with Josh Rosenthal

How to Finish an Ultra, No Matter How Hard It Gets with Josh Rosenthal

No matter what your skill level is as a runner, we all see the value in finishing a race.

But sometimes, when that race gets really tough, that goal can seem so far out of reach. And our brain may convince us to quit before we even reach the line.

For our guest today, he recently completed the Zion 100 miler battling a ton of low points and moments that would make others quit. But, he harnessed a mindset that helped him get to the finish, no matter what.

And in this episode, he shares what helped him do that, so you can too.

Josh Rosenthal is an ultrarunner and the founder of Borderlands, a community which champions the every day trail runner. He is also the host of the DFL Before DNF Podcast and is an entrepreneur by trade.

In this episode, Josh shares why everyone can be an ultrarunner, how to develop the mindset to push through any low to finish a race, and how he problem solves when issues arise.

Huge thank you to Josh for coming on the show!
