Don’t write rubbish about India.

Your podcast says Narendra Modi is a Hindu Nationalist Ruler. Please explain what nonsense you mean. If you haven’t realized british Rulers left India in 1947.
Mr Modi like every other prime ministers in India is elected. If you haven’t noticed the previous prime minister whom the english media liked, Mr. Manmohan Singh was also elected. And the same democratic process was also followed in the elections of the current government which supervised by a constitutionally independent Election Commission.
Mr. Modi does not come from royal family like the british royal family to rule and for that matter India is a republic.
Just because you are media and can reach larger audience, it does not entitle you to write anything that comes to your mind.
I never thought you Financial Times would get into such shallow and deplorable reporting. You are not only lowering yourselves but also belittling the profession of journalism where in many countries including India is considered to be the 4th estate of constitution. Now I understand why there is a trust deficit with media and journalists, and everything you say should be taken with a pinch of salt.
