    I don't even have to say it, but I will anyway... it's been a strange year! 2020 has been quite the ride, hasn't it? For thousands (if not millions) of people all over the globe, the state of the world and the pandemic we're all living through has left them with heightened anxiety. Many others are even experiencing the feelings, emotions, and symptoms that come with anxiety disorders for the very first time. In one way, it isn't good to hear. In another, it's helped many people empathize with those in their life who have struggled for years. In this podcast, I give you a little overview of how my year has been, what's coming next, and ... I go on just a little rant. As always, it's completely raw, unfiltered, and honest.

    Hands up if you try to take care of your mental health throughout your day but often find that time gets away from you and then by the end of the day you haven’t really taken any time for yourself. We are all guilty of this so don’t be hard on yourself. But our mental health checklist is just as, if not more important, then all those other tasks on your to-do list. So that’s why I decided to record this podcast for you which goes over , one by one, the 10 things I do every single day to help me feel good and I wanted to share them with you. If I skip these things I can feel my mental health decline, but I am human and will forget some things some days! I want you to ease in, be gentle with yourself and if you don’t tick off everything on your list then just know that tomorrow is a new day.     In today's podcast, I share my very first panic attack experience and how well I handled it (not well at all!). I talk about that dark period in my life where panic ruled my days and how I planned my whole life around them. I also share with you how I started to finally let go of panic and start moving forward, but trust me when I say it didn't happen overnight. By the end, I hope you feel inspired and like you have some tools to put in place on your own journey forward. One tip before I let you listen, you may want to get some snacks, your furry friend, a blanket and a drink because it's a long one!
