Fear most often presents itself in the uncharted territories in our lives, and is an unavoidable challenge in life. Yet it’s confronting this emotion and pushing through it that brings about growth and liberation. Leaning into fear and running towards it can be difficult to do, but our mission is not to suppress fear but to overcome it.
 
I invite you to take some time to think about how fear is governing areas of your life and how you can lean into it, conquer it, and come out on top with more knowledge and confidence going into the future.

Today I’m talking about why I try my best not to grip things too tightly. This can apply in business, marriage, relationships with your kids, or any other area of your life really. When we grip too tightly we get fatigued and cause ourselves to be spread to thin as a result of the control we are trying to gain, so just be careful when you notice yourself gripping something too tightly.
