We’re told in business that the only way forward is to have a plan and to stick to it. But what happens when your plan feels out of alignment? Is it okay to not have a plan? Is it okay to change your plan? Do you even need a plan?

I’ve wrestled with the ‘consistency game’ for a long time, often making myself wrong for wanting to change my plan for areas in my business like content creation.
