    Criticism is hard to face, harder to accept. Make no mistake, none of us like to hear about our mistakes, failures or our inabilities. But we do face Criticism in life everyday and cannot escape it. And we also criticize others …………. This is a two way street. So how should one handle Criticism? And what should we Do When We are Criticized? For Starters, Do Not React, Listen to the criticism and think about your strengths. This way you will be positive and it will make you ready to face the criticism squarely.     30 - 7 ways to UNwind and COPE with Pandemic Stress

    Stress, we must understand, is the Body’s natural survival response to handle a situation that is unforeseen. And the COVID-19 pandemic has been a gigantic crisis of unprecedented proportions and stress is a natural corollary. Stress is good when it supports and gives you extra strength to stay focused, energetic and alert.
