    Moir-Smith is an acrylic painter who came to art as part of a recovery process after a brain injury. She needed something to do for Brain Breaks and she found adult coloring books. This has expanded to a robust daily(ish) art practice where she explores subjects from flowers to landscape to fruit to now people.  

    In the full interview, you’ll learn how to use hashtag challenges to improve your work, some great advice on making Instagram art friends  and why those friends will help you be a better painter AND you’ll discover that sometimes you absolutely don't have to forge a new path.
