This week's conversation we chat and reflect with Perttu Kytöhonka (Swedish Floorball Federation Assistant Coach) who is in a working group led by his native Finland and the national Floorball Federation.

S1E12 - Facilitating learning in development - a culture of interactions (LIVE)

This week's conversation is an attempt to host a live stream with guests who are listeners of the show to explore further the importance of understanding and developing a culture.

We asked for questions from listeners with the following being discussed:

    1. Vladislav Bespomoshchnov (Sports Institute of Finland) – “When it comes to studying your own culture - what things to look for in history and path dependency? How to identify bright spots and build up the training/coaching/leadership/management around it?”

    2. Martin Vlk (Calgary West Soccer Association) – “If you would be put into a position to lead a new club, where values are not aligned with yours (such as tryouts in place, traditional coaching approach deeply rooted at the youngest levels U6-12, etc.). How would you approach your work going forward?”
