Yoga Nidra is a subtle yet powerful practice with numerous benefits. It is not only a therapeutic practice, but, the same practice can be used to enhance one's efficiency, productivity and brain functioning.
Yes, yoga nidra and similar conscious deep rest tools (breath work and meditation are some other tools from yoga practice) which are being used for "Brain hacking" or "Neuro hacking", of course hacking for all good reasons i.e optimising brain's capacity. (Will discuss Brain hacking in some later post.)
So, if you are dealing with anxiety or some other physical /psychological concern or just stressed or want improve your efficiency, yoga nidra serves it all. As mentioned in the video there are many variations in yoga nidra, here I am sharing a short yoga nidra session which you can practice with me as and when you need.
