    Show Notes:

Robyn and Stephanie knew after their first camp at Burn Boot Camp, their lives had changed. The first camp pushed their limits and left them wanting more. The community of Burn sisters and Burn brothers and the trainers were so welcoming and it felt like a new home away from home. After deciding to become franchise owners and open the South Lakeland location, they had to balance new schedules to keep their health a priority. They believe nutrition is a huge part of overall health and it provides the energy needed to run a business. But even with all of this, the most important part of the whole journey is showing our children that with hard work, anything is possible. And then we give out high fives for the good days and the bad because “we really are changing lives” and “doing what we love.” - Robyn & Stephanie
