    Tropical Ocean Sunset & Full Moon Release

    As you may know there was recently a full super moon in Virgo on Monday evening. This full moon is the last one for the astrological year, which means it is the last big push to release what no longer serves you + what you have outgrown, or what you feel is holding you back from what you desire. 

    Virgo energy is all about communication (as the ruling planet is Mercury - the planet of communication. Therefore i thought it would be really special to share with you my personal full moon ritual which paired with this episode of moving mediation will help you clear out the old. Think of it like spring cleaning but for your energy. 

    Full Super Moon Ritual:

    Think of 4 things that you would like to release & let go of... I have given guides for each if you need extra guidance in thinking of things.

    1. Something you wish to release from your past.

    2. Something you are struggling to accept about you present. For example this could be an outcome that you wished turned out differently.

    3. Something to forgive - About another person or about yourself. Forgiveness is a great way to let go and release.

    4. Letting go of something you feel you have outgrown; house, job, relationship, frame of mind, habit etc.
