Forbidden Food

I love food and love Podcasts so I knew I was going to like listening to Not Just Dhansak even before I heard the first episode.
What I didn’t know was how much I would be salivating for all the food I can’t eat(I’m a Gujarati Jain) listening to this is the audio equivalent of watching Masterchef Australia. Makes me wanna break all religious customs and dig into a aleti paleti or a dhandaar dal
Perzen is a fantastic host, she manages to make her guests talk about their passions uninhibited.
Can’t wait to hear more of Not Just Dhansak

A great food+culture podcast

I don’t particularly listen to podcasts about food, but Parsi food is one of my favourite indian cuisines so I was excited to listen to this one. Love how the host gets such cool people. My favorite episode till now has been the one with Kainaz Messman cause since my childhood I’d been going to the Theo in Colaba. It was lovely to hear about the story of it. That one got me hooked onto this podcast. Keep up the good work!
