I love listening to greg and Chris philosophy on fitness and health especially intermittent fasting and hormonal health. The podcast with vince was a bonus and really golden. Offered a ton of value as greg would say.

My association with Kinobody started last year when i tried the AFL program for 10 days before a holiday and i lost close to 6 pounds. It was great and I felt great. I still aplly most of what is in the program to everyday eating and working out. The podcast is a whole new level of usefull info talked about like a regular conversation, super east to follow, check it out for sure!!!!
