Unsung heroes of women running

Episode 2: Dawn Stell Running with Multiple Sclerosis

Episode 2: Dawn Stell Running with Multiple Sclerosis

Still learning with the audio on my second episode - with me sounding like I'm talking from a different room... but nonetheless, here is another woman to draw inspiration from.  Dawn is an amazing woman who, despite her neurological condition of Multiple Sclerosis, chooses to exercise, especially in regards to running and biking.

For more information regarding MS, please visit The National Multiple Sclerosis Society

Dawn also mentioned she is a member of Active MSers.

Episode 1: Heather McGrath and her journey to the Western States 100

Episode 1: Heather McGrath and her journey to the Western States 100

My first episode has the quality of an old record playing - a little scratchy, but if you can get past that you will hear the fabulous Heather McGrath. Heather is a committed long distance runner who tells me her arduous journey of getting to the famous Western States 100 Ultramarathon starting line.  At the end of our talk, she also encourages us on why we should all get out and see the world while exercising!
