15 Types of Orgasms with Ava Pikul

15 Types of Orgasms with Ava Pikul

In this episode, we return from a brief break and introduce Ava, a Tantric expert, who was previously on the podcast, and who I’ve been working with over the last six months.
We talk all about the various types of female orgasms including clitoral, G-spot, cervical, U-spot, A-spot, P-spot, and anal orgasms.
We also talk about how expecting a specific outcome, such as a particular type of orgasm, can limit one's ability to fully experience pleasure, emphasizing that tantric practices are more about healing and self-exploration than only focusing on achieving orgasms.

The episode highlights the importance of effective communication, understanding one's emotions, and establishing safety and connection on a physical and emotional level during sex. We also touch on societal misconceptions about pleasure, trauma, and our intricate connections to sexuality.
Ava is a Transformational Therapist and Tantra Healer certified by the only government accredited institute of tantra in the entire world - The Institute of Authentic Tantra! She has over 1,700+ hours of training in the field of tantra, as well as psychological, emotional, and spiritual healing modalities. Ava believes that healing shouldn't take years, and primarily guides men, women, and couples through a unique and holistic approach to healing and sexual fulfillment.

Empowering Women's Health: Navigating Fibroids with LaToya Dwight

In this episode, we explore the world of women's health and fibroids with LaToya Dwight. Through her personal journey and experiences, LaToya shares valuable insights on topics such as the impact of diet, advocating for oneself, managing intimacy, and addressing bias in the medical industry, while also shedding light on her non-profit organization dedicated to supporting women affected by fibroids.

Discover the challenges women face when dealing with fibroids and gain a deeper understanding of the symptoms that lead to questioning one's health. Explore practical solutions and alternative approaches for those who prefer non-medical routes, all while being inspired by LaToya's passion for empowering women and her unwavering commitment to raising awareness and providing support in the realm of fibroids.

As a wife, mother, sister, daughter, and loyal friend, LaToya Dwight embarked on a fibroid healing journey after learning about the dis-ease of uterine fibroids by happenstance, when going to her OB/GYN to have an IUD replacement. Leaving the doctors office with little to no guidance, LaToya felt compelled to take her health into her own hands. Participating in various coaching programs, doing yoga, qi gong, meditation, deep breathing exercises, eating for her blood type, and even going vegan, all led LaToya down a lonely 4 year long journey.

After having a successful, minimally invasive procedure, LaToya felt compelled to tell her story in an effort to help someone else. This birthed The Fibroid Pandemic! It's mission is to provide resources to humans with a uterus who are seeking to overcome fibroids through education, support, and tools in order to best advocate for oneself.
