In this episode Ted's plan for physical fitness backfires.
I liked this episode, Ted's insistence to get in shape and include the family after his coworker Lou went from 300lbs to 165lbs by joining a fitness center and Ted decides to program Vicki to be his physical fitness coach with disastrous results like jogging at 5:30AM and eating the most disgusting sounding yet supposedly healthy food for breakfast, lunch and dinner (Ted's idea, not Vicki's).
Also a plus it was Brindle free!
