Welcome to the Soothing Semantics podcast. My name is Rafi Pinsky and I am a former Infantryman of the IDF, hold a Bachelor's in Business from Brooklyn College, currently work In the Miami Dade and Broward areas of South Florida as a Realtor, and of course host this podcast. I have decided not to delve into one topic but rather to allow for open dialogue of all kinds. The main topics of discussion are Real Estate (investment and sales), finance, human psychology, and a sprinkle of martial arts. I hope you can learn something from the various guests on my show!

#174: Eidan Sanker - How the "Don't Touch My Car" Guy Got 5 Billion YouTube Views
Eidan Sanker, an Israeli content creator has built the biggest YouTube Channel with almost 8 million followers as well as a massive Instagram following with 8 million. He started out as a photographer and then proceeded to buy several cars which he not only collected but then later used to rent out for events. One of the cars was a purple Corvette which is very uncommon to see in Israel since most people do not drive luxury cars altogether let alone corvettes. He saw people leaning against the car and decided to turn on the engine to scare them and later posted it online. The video blew up and so he went on to make many similar videos. After countless "Don't touch my car" videos, Eidan switched up the content ideas and added money giveaways and gold-digger pranks. Aside from Gal Gadot who lives in the US, Eidan has the biggest Israeli following on YouTube. Tune in to hear how he did it, you might learn a thing or two.

Yoav Zammir has become famous for his quirky videos on omegle where he talks to people from both the Pro-Israel and Pro-Palestine side and throws DJ remixes and beatboxing into the videos. He has garnered quite a lot of attention since October 7th and not only is he entertaining but very knowledgeable and articulate when it comes to debating the conflict. I had the pleasure of sitting down for a shmooze and we discussed his recent video with Hollywood actor and staunch Zionist Michael Rapaport and his thoughts regarding the future of the war.

Barak Swartzz started creating content only 5 months ago and has amassed an impressive following on YouTube of 15,000 followers and counting. Originally from Boston, Barak used to play college Basketball and after a torn ACL and several other sports related injuries, had to put his balling to rest. He became a coach for other athletes and NBA players and continues to do so today. Since his move from Boston to Israel 2 years ago, Barak, has become more focused on spreading the message of Israel's right to sovereignty with peace with the Palestinians and its neighbors. It was an amazing unfiltered but mentally stimulating discussion, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Have you seen a Jacked Hasidic Jew? I really haven't. Why is it so uncommon to see religious Jews in shape let alone incredible shape? This week I sat down with Yehuda Katz, a 20-year-old Hasidic Jew who began working out at 14 and now has an amazing physique. Yehuda and I discussed the stigma of wearing non-Hasidic clothing, using social media for his personal training business and how it once made things challenging with his parents, but they are now very strong supporters. We discussed not only the stigma of being an ultra Orthodox bodybuilder but also the immense benefit of being strong and confident especially in a time when so many people hate Jews.
