Daraius Shroff ,

Brilliant stuff....

Extremely well researched topics with a great balance of journal clubs, surgical pearls, interviews with Stalwarts and tips on tricks on all aspects of Retina.

The general 6 or 8 minute talk and 2 minute discussion format of meetings misses out on so many nuances and subtle issues.

If "God is in the detail" - then this podcast is definitely heaven!

The elaborate discussion and detailed research of vital topics by Jay Sridhar really helps bring out all the "meat" on a variety of subjects.
The list of invitees is legendary it's a opportunity for anyone across the globe to learn from the masters.

One suggestion is that it the podcast is fairly US centric.. No doubt that's the way it's intended to be. A little mix of participants from across the globe would definitely make it even more appealing than it already is.

After 300 episodes it just keeps getting better and better!
Hats off...Keep it up!
