Welcome to Sukoon Podcast!
The intention behind doing this podcast is to bring people closer to their Creator by sharing genuine and gentle reminders about deen and mental health.
Here, you'd be exploring some of my personal ways to deal with mental health issues like low self esteem, jealousy, unhealthy attachments etc alongside applying the solutions from the Qur'an and the Sunnah by integrating it with contemporary psychology so as to relieve my community from what's keeping them unhappy.
