Apology Paralysis
Make an apology that is meaningful. If in your words you still blame “others” it is not going to be heard. Find a way to take ownership of your part without negating the experience of others. There is a great deal of power in a simple “I'm sorry.” Don't get hung up on being right, or showy. Once you realize your mistake take ownership, say sorry, and move on.

What is Compersion?
**Content Warning** This episode contains references to Polyamory, Sex, & Masturbation.
In this episode, I am joined by a guest to talk about compersion. What is this new emotion that is currently being studied? We talk about ways to incorporate it into your own life. This idea that there could be more, yet unfamiliar emotions are one that I find fascinating.

The Value of Vulnerability
As men, we are taught that to be venerable is to be weak. It is not manly to cry or share your emotional life. When we allow ourselves to open up we can finally be open to living in freedom.
Never mind, I had a plan for this episode and it just didn't work. So instead you're getting me, vulnerable and open. What better way to have an episode on vulnerability than to just be. I share some stories that occurred this week that knocked me back a few steps.

Meditation and Insight Everywhere
In this bonus, I share an insight I had during a conversation with Chrissy. I realized that I had been meditating more than I thought. Now I invite you all to join me taking a moment each day for meditation. Even if it is only just a long, slow, deep inhale and exhale. Then head over to the website and share your results in the comment section for this episode.

Bounding into Boundaries
Boundaries are a struggle to set, pain to enforce, and hell if they are placed wrong. Today we will examine them from a very high-level overview. I will share what I have uncovered on how to set enforceable, healthy, self-protecting boundaries.
Oh and please excuse my voice. I was just recovering from COVID when I recorded this.

To Be Human
Chrissy and Matthew sit down to catch up on the last year and a half or more. They have both seen major changes. The biggest one is in how Matthew was able to bring the walls down. Open up emotionally and share his vulnerability with her. Now we join him and Chrissy, sometimes, as he dives deeper into his emotional self.
Fun note for the end, you get to hear me in real-time put the pieces together in my head! Good times!
