He developed and commissioned the ‘Real-Time Ambient Air Monitoring Network’ of the Delhi Pollution Control Committee. He has been involved in episodic pollution monitoring and management incidents such as the Delhi smog of November 2012, 2016, and 2017, the highly dusty conditions of June 2018, and the pandemic-impacted lockdown and unlock process of 2020 and 2021.
