Tom Henschel's Look and Sound of Leadership

Thank you Tom for consistent monthly dose of practical leadership advice. All of the tips are simple and can be used in our daily life. I have heard each one of these over last couple of years and made a habit of listening them when I go for my morning walk. I have recommended these to some of my colleagues and friends who were struggling when they moved from individual contributors to people leaders. It is a must have toolbox for people leaders. I wish they were more frequent like once a week. This episode repurposed is as good any other. When I started listening I thought somehow I selected an old episode but then I paused and looked at the date so I was sure that this was a new episode. I have listened to all the episodes on the archive and have immensely benefited from them. Thanks and warm regards Rakesh Goyal

Consistently marvelous!

Every month, every tip and every story is a wonderful guide to a corporate life. They all are applicable and relatable.
The narration by Tom is very pleasing and simple enough to be hard hitting.
I am a listener from India since 2011 and I look forward to the monthly episode. I would like for Tom to address ‘loneliness at the top’
