Episode 15: Dudh, Have Some Milk
In this episode we explore more breath practice and pranayama, and continue to build our understanding of, and relationship to, Prana. To facilitate this, we travel to Nepal to meet Dudh Baba, a traditional yogi, and we hear some stories about the ancient yogi center of Pashupatinath in Kathmandu.
