Don’t Let Bad Energies Drag You Down: Do a Friendship Cleanse

Don’t Let Bad Energies Drag You Down: Do a Friendship Cleanse

Sonia T. has officially bought tickets to JazzFest so that momma Sonia C. can see the Rolling Stones in their physical form. What an amazing thing that both of them will be able to see them perform live and witness a legend in action! Rolling Stones are a big inspiration to Sonia C. because they just keep going, and will keep going until the very end; just the way she hopes to be.

This week’s theme is: Do you have too many gloomy friends? Might be time for a cleanse.

    Highlights:
Is it time to do a friend cleanse? [2:20]
    What is a glommer? [3:15]
Sensitive People have a lot of compassion. IT can be hard to spot a glommer! [6:45]
Remember, you and your friend are both being generous in exchanging your energy. It needs to be equal parts giving! [8:00]
When should you call out an energy vampire? [9:55]
It’s okay to not be onboard with someone else’s energy. [16:10]
Sonia C. remembers a time where she just wanted a friend, and overgiving as a result. [20:45]
Sonia C. remembers a trick her mother used to do. The Anti-Glom methold. [22:35]
    Tool of the week. [24:45]
    Question of the week. [29:35]

We need to be very careful with who we are hanging around with in our actual lives and who we are hanging out with in our heads. If you want to be around good vibes, you’ll have to clean out the external and internal closet so that it matches your vibration. This can be tough to do! Is it time to let go of an old friendship that you know is no longer serving you? Let’s talk about it!

Sonia C. has a friend that is back on the dating market and it’s been eye opening listening to some of her dating horror stories and revelations. One of them being that there are just certain people who walk around in life with a big raincloud on their head. Don’t be surprised if you also get wet just by being in their orbit. It's an icky vibration and it’s honestly not worth having them drag you down in the off-chance that you can bring them up.

Tool of the Week: Great people with ‘Tell me something good!’ to combat their gloominess.

    Continue on Your Journey:

Question of the Week: My soul longs to be free-spirited, but I have a mission calling to stay put and work with troubled/underprivileged people. What’s happening?

The Inutitive’s Guide to Goldilocks and The Three Bears

The Inutitive’s Guide to Goldilocks and The Three Bears

Sonia T. just got back from a European trip and is now catching up with momma Sonia C. about how great it is to be back home! What a great thing to have a place to go back to and get grounded in. For Sonia C., she decided to enroll in a new course and get herself updated with some new world perspectives.

This week’s theme is: Let things go.

    Highlights:
What has Sonia T. learned lately? [1:15]
Regulating your emotions is huge and can really help you not get triggered as often. [3:00]
Sonia C. has been thinking about getting her French passport. What has she learned about the process so far? [4:05]
Sonia C. uses the example of the Goldilocks and the three bears and an excellent representation on how other people experience the same event differently. [5:35]
Sonia T. understands that she can take things so personally, but sometimes things aren’t that deep or personal. [8:30]
Sonia T. tried to practice restraint towards a very unsympathetic customer service agent. [17:15]
Sonia T. doesn’t get the point of techno? Why is everyone so serious? Berlin are you okay? [22:15]
    Tool of the week. [26:20]
    Question of the week. [35:05]

Sonia T. has been learning to train her subconscious and her conscious to not react like a spicy enchilada whenever something triggers her. The most important lesson she learned is that, it’s not about suppressing your emotions and not feeling them during your bouts of anger or disappointment, it’s about connecting with them and redirecting that energy into a healthier space so that everyone around you can grow and prosper.

This is a big challenge for a lot of people who are intuitive and sensitive. We have a lot of big emotions and don’t always have the capacity or bandwidth to express them in a healthy way. Instead, we have a tendency to get shortcuts and overstimulated, and not able to manage ourselves before we hit that critical ‘overflow’ moment.

Tool of the Week: Pay attention to your surges of emotions.

    Continue on Your Journey:

Question of the Week: How can I build a deeper intuitive connection with my partner?

The Universe Will Work For You as Hard as You Work for Yourself

The Universe Will Work For You as Hard as You Work for Yourself

Sabrina and Sonia C. are in London and there’s small signs that spring is in the air. New seasons are always exciting and it’s getting Sabrina’s spirit extra excited and boosted. Sonia C. declared that 2024 will be the year of transformation and so far the universe has made it clear the things and vibes she doesn’t want in her life. This is a good thing! The more we subtract, the more we will attract the right beginnings.

This week’s theme is: How to set clear intentions.

    Highlights:
Want to manifest? Create an alchemy box. [4:40]
Change is in the air! Sonia C. is getting ready to declutter. [6:35]
Sonia C. got guilty of being in her head too much. Despite doing this for a long time, she did need to remind herself to just listen to her heart. [10:35]
You can only surrender control and ‘relax’ if you've done the internal work. [13:10]
You’re allowed to relax! Set your intentions, do your visualizations, eliminate your obstacles, and relax! [13:30]
If you do your part, you do it fully, the universe will do its part back! [15:10]
What are some common ways people fail themselves when trying to manifest and set intentions? [15:40]
Put your phone away and jumpstart your imagination! [18:00]
It’s so sad to see so many of Sonia C.’s clients believe they’re not creative. Don’t let society snuff this important piece of you out of you. [21:50]
It’s okay to fake it until you make it! [29:10]
    Tool of the week. [34:40]
    Question of the week. [35:05]

Whatever crazy astrological configuration that’s been going on the last few weeks, Sabrina has had enough! She feels like she’s being squeezed from every angle and the universe is definitely trying to test her for something bigger. She takes it as a sign to let go and as a message that she is outgrowing her own skin. She has to shed; no matter how uncomfortable it might feel.

Sabrina and Sonia C. are big believers of alchemy boxes. Instead of a vision board, you create a box with all the things you want inside and out. This was such a fun exercise because the ladies included Sabrina’s 3-year-old daughter into the mix. It’s such a joy to cultivate and encourage a young spirit to be more intuitive and trusting of their inner compass. After their boxes were complete, the joy of the toddler encouraged everyone to finish the day off with a celebratory dance party.

Tool of the Week: Take a trip to the art store and make an alchemy box!

Embrace Spontaneity when You’re Feeling Moody

Embrace Spontaneity when You’re Feeling Moody

Sonia T. is in the middle of Mardi Gras in New Orleans. Sabrina and Sonia C. just got back from a lovely hot meal to spruce up the gloomy UK weather. The world is a bit weird lately and there’s a lot of unbalance happening; making us want to stay in and stay safe. Sonia C. believes we will always find a reason to say no, so why don’t we try to flip it on its head and find reasons to say yes instead.

This week’s theme is: Don’t phone it in when you’re feeling bad, instead get up and move it, move it!

    Highlights:
It’s easy to say no. Instead, give yourself some spontaneity. [2:45]
We need to say yes to the third space. [8:00]
Sonia T. updates everyone on Mardi Gras. [8:50]
If something is not working out, then just pivot! [12:45]
Try to ‘move it, move it’ when things aren’t working out for you. [17:05]
Don’t get attached to the choice. Go with the flow, if it doesn’t feel right, go with another flow! [17:20]
Sonia C. shares a story of how she had to end a friendship due to the other person’s inflexibility. [22:45]
Remember, we don’t grow alone. We need community to help us excel. [30:00]
When left to our own devices, we don’t change much. [30:15]
    Tool of the week. [34:55]
    Question of the week. [35:55]

Sabrina senses across the world that everyone feels squeezed. Squeezed with their energy, time, money, everything is just compact. Sabrina remembers a time where her grandmother would often say, ‘The situation is critical, but never serious.’ It always gave a great reminder to break away from the frowny faces and try to incorporate a little bit of joy; even when things feel incredibly dire. For example, Sabrina’s daughter woke up to both of her eyes infected with pink eye and she had a high fever. Sabrina’s spirit definitely was squeezed, but she couldn’t help but laugh after it was over.

Sonia C. has also been feeling crappy. She took a preventive shingles shot and it ended up knocking her on her feet. As she is currently hanging out with Sabrina, there were only two options that they were left with: Take it out on each other and be mean or go out for hot soup and laugh. They picked the latter! Crisis averted.

Tool of the Week: Things not working out for you? Move it, move it!

    Are You Self-Loving or Self-Hating?

    Are You Self-Loving or Self-Hating?

Valentine's Day is coming up and a lot of people have issues with it. Some might hate the fact that love is in the air and they’re left to their own devices/single. Perhaps there’s a loss of a loved one or even the ‘one that got away’. There can be a lot of negativity associated with this day, so Sonia C. and Sonia T. are here to help you reframe!

This week’s theme is: Reframing Valentine's day to be self-loving towards yourself.

    Highlights:
Do you hate Valentine’s Day? [1:45]
If you never take care of yourself, you will never hear your guides. [2:35]
Do you find yourself constantly apologizing over nothing? Stop it! You have nothing to be sorry for. [4:50]
We should be especially loving of the parts of ourselves that we’d like to disown. [10:15]
Sonia C. went on a 4-day love yourself trip. What did she learn? [13:45]
Does negative self-talk really accomplish what you’re after? [16:40]
If you have low-self love, it doesn’t matter how many people in your life tell you they love you, you will never believe them. [19:20]
    Tool of the week. [19:40]
    Question of the week. [28:00]

Sonia C. instead of this day being associated with partnership, make a new meaning out of it! Sonia C. declares this day as self-love day. The best way to attract love is to be loving to yourself. Sonia C. gives an example of a recent client call she had with someone who ‘never’ can hear her intuition. The follow-up question to that was, how often do you take care of yourself? Her client’s response was, ‘Never!’ This is why! If you can’t even hear yourself, you’re not going to hear your guides screaming from the bleachers.

To become self-loving, you need to analyze your decisions. Didn’t have breakfast today? Okay. Well, is that self-loving? It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach, but if you know you should be doing things that would be loving to you, make that jump and do it! Just analyze it on an hour-to-hour basis and find all the reasons and excuses to be self-loving within that hour!

Tool of the Week: Come up with 1-2 self-love rituals to appreciate and celebrate you!

    Continue on Your Journey:

Question of the Week: Should I remain attached when consuming TV media or should I detach?

You Have to Balance Your Outer World & Your Inner World

You Have to Balance Your Outer World & Your Inner World

Sonia C. got hit by an electric bicycle! Thankfully, her angels gave her some nice cushy airbags and she landed without too many injuries. A lot of bruises but no broken bones! The angels told her it’s not just her time. Sonia T. backs up what Sonia C. said. She’s got some pretty big angels backing her!

This week’s theme is: Don’t play the blame game.

    Highlights:
As we navigate transition, we’re not allowed to play the blame game. [4:15]
    Don’t feed the blame-game monster. [5:55]
What is the true function of anger? It’s to say stop. [8:35]
Sometimes Sonia C. feels like she’s sacrificing things her body yearns to do for the need to achieve. [12:55]
Sonia C. shares an example of a South African guide who used all of his senses to track animals. [18:30]
Our five senses are not in opposition with our sixth sense. [20:05]
Sonia C. has two free webinars for you to join at the end of Feb. Details in the show notes! [25:55]
    Tool of the week. [23:40]
    Question of the week. [29:00]

Sonia C. believes the biggest lesson is to A) Be present and B) Forgive yourself if things don’t go according to plan. So much to our life is unexpected and our egos want to control everything, and we can’t. Sonia C. flew 5ft into the air and landed on her head in the middle of busy traffic. When unexpected things happen, especially if you’re spiritual and believe that you create your own reality; it can turn into a blaming game when rough things happen to you. You might be doubting yourself and worried that you are not manifesting correctly. No! Don’t go down that rabbit hole.

When something bad happens, Sonia T.’s first knee jerk reaction is to figure out who is to blame and it’s often pinpointed on to herself. As empaths we can be our cruelest and our meanest critics. Since we are all connected, we sometimes feel heavily responsible for our part; no matter how unwilling, accidental, or unconscious it was.

Tool of the Week: Practice using all five of your senses!

    Continue on Your Journey:

Question of the Week: I followed my intuition and things are worse for me. What do I do?
