    Hi people welcome to my new episode of what I learned.
    So I have met great a entrepreneur Dr Ritesh malik. Initially I really didn’t know who was he, though as a good entrepreneur one should know as he has been listed on the Forbes 30 under 30 in the Finance and Venture list (Asia). Fortune 40 under 40, the Founder and CEO of Guerilla Venture Space Innov8 and great investor to more then 45+ companies and the list will keep going..
    So how I met him,I attended a Networking event organised by push connect community on 14/09/2019 Where there I met Dr Ristesh malik.
    Dr Ritesh malik is the real Example of true motivation and I have never seen a person who is so real. His entrepreneur journey is quite dramatic from a person suffering from four severe disorders which have just ruined is life, to choosing entrepreneur life from a well qualified doctor, he journey is spellbind.

    So what I learned from Dr Ritesh malik is that no matter what, world try to mould you out, be you just be you and stand by yourself because if you can’t stand by yourself, how can you expect anyone to be by your side. This person was with himself when the world try to bully him, told him you cannot do because for his 4 disorders. Hats off to the person efforts and hardwork he did to tackle his problems. I think this type of risk talking ability is hard to find. The enthusiasm this person have to change the world is marvellous.

    Hi people, Abhishek lakra this side, bring you my new podcast, Let’s talk .
    So todays topic is Blame game.
    Blame is so small word though it can distroy your dreams. What is blame? I think it something when you are not able to achieve or do and you tends to blame. We are so pro with the blame game that we can blame anything either it’s living thing, non living thing or a non existence thing like Time or destiny.
    I think there can be many reasons for your failures other than blaming.
    I personally had blamed many people, I thought those people or the time don’t want me to follow my dreams bt its not like that, it was me who was weaker, It was me who stopped myself.
    Do one thing go for a random walk on road side and ask people have they failed ever and ask them why they failed, I think 99% will only blame someone. But actually they failed because of themselves. Most interesting thing here is that now you blame yourself here.
    What can be done? I think right now I have no good answer to it. I can just say Stop blaming start doing.
    This small word can distroy your dreams and dreams are very delicate and I don’t want my dreams to get distroyed nor yours.
    So keep dreaming keep achieving and stop blaming & start doing.

    - [ ] Hello friends myself Abhishek lakra, I want to share you my views regarding book 5 am club.
    - [ ] So, I read 5 am club by Robin sharma. I am not a usual reader, my mentor gave this book to me. When I read this book initially I didn’t find it to be interesting but I kept on going and soon I found that, this is the book and values I always wanted from long. I think my Mentor Mr Arbab Usmani found that.
    - [ ] What I learnt from 5 Am club is, You can do it and You can do it right. Its just you need to train your mind to do that. Our little mind have lot of things which distracts and distroy our focus and take you away from your goal. With regular 20/20/20 formula mentioned in the book and other important tasks, you can learn to be more focused, confident and achieve brilliant in your life.


    - [ ] Every decision you make in your life reflects the future position. So it is very important that your brain function like that and makes right decisions in your life. From this book you can learn how to train your brain smartly without even knowing it.

    - [ ] Difficulties to be a part of the 5 am club. I am trying to be in 5 am club but still couldn’t as I am unable to wake up at 5am, Even though I make a alarm of 4:30 bt wake up till 5:15 then I do 20/20/20 formula. But I am trying hard to be a part of 5 am club.
    - [ ] One thing I want to share is that our mind is very lazy ass, It will constantly stop you for
    - [ ] waking up at 5am. To keep it motivating take someone with yourself while doing the daily routine, I take my dog with myself, her name is “puchu”. When I didn’t wake up till 5:30 she is the one who sit on my head.
    - [ ] I learned that you have to find reason to do great things in your life, other wise it will be difficult for you to motivate throughout your journey
    - [ ] The regular routine will not only make you focused bt also help you to regain your self confidence.
    - [ ] Its been 10 days I am following this daily routine and yes there are changes I can feel that. But I need to do it for 66 days and I believe I can do that.
    - [ ] So last thing but not the least “All changes is hard at first, messy in middle and gorgeous at the end” “Own your morning elevate your life” - The spellbinder words.
